We are a civil engineering specialist, general contractor, property developer, project developer, ready-mixed concrete supplier, precast reinforced concrete producer, iron bending company, and construction waste recycler.
Your tasks
- Correspondence with tenants, customers and suppliers
- Management and organization of our center vouchers
- Independent processing of dunning, invoicing and administrative activities in banking (e.g. emptying parking meters)
- Co-design and organization of creative tasks, such as events for Easter, Mother's Day, Advent and night shopping as well as the optimization of internal processes
- Planning and coordination of various advertising measures in cooperation with agencies (print, radio, social media)
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience is an advantage
- Solid MS Office knowledge
- Always friendly and confident demeanor
- Responsible and independent working style
- Strong teamwork skills and high flexibility
- Enjoy working in a structured manner and contributing creative solutions
