We are looking for several Client Communication Specialists – Government Services (f/m/x) for a government-related company specializing in the digitalization of administrative processes.
Your tasks
- You support customers in handling digital administrative processes – clear, understandable and service-oriented
- You recognize when a request goes beyond the standard solution and forward it in a structured manner in the ticket system – so that the appropriate department takes over
- You can move within clear structures without acting rigidly – the right balance of care, responsibility and demarcation
- You help to keep internal information and processes up to date – through your structured feedback and careful documentation
- You communicate empathetically, calmly and clearly – even with complex or incomplete requests – in conversation as well as in writing
Your profile
- You have completed commercial training (e.g. high school diploma, commercial school or apprenticeship examination)
- You have experience in customer contact or in dealing with complex processes, ideally in a service-oriented or administrative environment.
- You have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new processes, think in a structured manner and keep an overview even when dealing with detailed questions
- You have a clear demand for quality: You work carefully, reliably and in compliance with the rules – and know when something needs to be passed on
- The desire to work in a stable, challenging field of work over the long term – not just as a short-term stopover
- Excellent German language skills (ideally first language or level C1) and enjoyment of clear, empathetic communication
Your benefits:
- Regular working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00–16:00, Friday: 8:00–14:30 or 16:00
- No on-call or weekend shifts

- Competitive salary, minimum monthly wage according to the collective agreement is EUR 2,005 gross, individual adjustment possible
