Your tasks
- As an experienced and communicative sales personality in the office and in the field, you will identify and approach potential new customers and contribute to the further development of our company.
- Based on your sales experience and negotiation skills, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers by cold calling (classic & new innovative ways) and in the long run by converting inbounding leads.
- Once you have contacted a new potential customer, you will be responsible for preparing the offer and carrying out follow-up tasks in the context of the acquired contacts.
- You constantly monitor market and sales trends, recognize potential and follow up on opportunities.
- Dealing with and maintaining data in our CRM tool is also part of the diverse range of tasks.
Your profile
- Professional experience in sales.
- Intuition for „new things“ and critical analysis and judgement skills.
- Proficiency in English written and spoken preferable C2.
- Ability to work proactively and consistently, and to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Success and goal oriented approach to work.
- Willingness to build customer relationships and travel regularly for development within the business unit.
- You are a constant learner and want to develop yourself with the team.
- Best case: You’re interested in logistics as well as in e-commerce or have already experience.
