Act as a senior subject?matter expert in peripheral and endovascular interventions, shaping, stabilising, and scaling therapy adoption across strategic accounts
Intervene in complex, politically sensitive, or at?risk situations, removing structural barriers to adoption and restoring execution momentum
Translate company and regional strategy into advanced territory action plans, balancing priorities and informed trade?offs aligned with country objectives
Develop and articulate compelling clinical, operational, and economic value propositions, including complex business cases tailored to senior decision?makers
Support customers in navigating reimbursement frameworks, economic constraints, and sustainability challenges
Design, refine, and scale patient pathways and inter?hospital referral networks
Diagnose complex clinical, organisational, and commercial challenges using incomplete or ambiguous information
Support complex clinical activity, including proctored cases and work in high?acuity clinical environments
Provide leadership through influence by mentoring and coaching Associate Account Managers
Contribute to in?field training, onboarding, and development initiatives
Collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross?functional partners
Maintain accurate reporting, disciplined territory management, and high?quality documentation
Deliver senior?level training, presentations, and strategic updates to customers and internal stakeholders

Advanced expertise in peripheral vascular and endovascular therapies, acute patient pathways, and hospital workflows
Strong system?level understanding of healthcare economics, reimbursement environments, and long?term therapy sustainability
Proven ability to operate independently with sound strategic judgment, accountability, and decision?making under ambiguity
Exceptional ability to influence senior clinical, administrative, and executive stakeholders without formal authority
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with credibility at senior external and internal levels
Demonstrated mentoring and coaching capability
High level of emotional maturity, resilience, and professionalism in high?pressure clinical environments
Strong organisational discipline across multiple complex priorities
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent commercial and clinical experience
Minimum 6 years‘ experience in medical device sales, clinical support, or therapy development within complex hospital environments
Experience in advanced or acute clinical settings (e.g. endovascular, cath lab, OR, ICU, emergency care)
Proven success in strategic account management, therapy development, and multidisciplinary stakeholder engagement
All required certifications and vendor credentials must be maintained
