Build & Ship: You develop features, improvements, and bug fixes for Intact AI (production) and reliably ship them live.
Agentic workflows: You orchestrate agent workflows (tool use/function calling), ensure structured outputs, and implement validation.
RAG & integrations: You build and improve RAG pipelines (chunking/embeddings/retrieval/re-ranking), integrate APIs, and develop user-facing features.
Quality & operations: You define evals/regression tests, monitor quality/latency/cost, and continuously optimize the systems.
Incident ownership: You analyze production issues, fix them sustainably, and prevent recurrence.

You bring 4+ years of software engineering experience (production applications).
You have hands-on experience with LLM applications in production (operations/maintenance).
You know RAG in practice (chunking, embeddings, retrieval, re-ranking).
You have experience with agentic systems (orchestration, tool use/function calling) and structured outputs (schemas/validation).
You are strong in Python; Azure know-how is a plus.
You take ownership and debug confidently across multiple components.
You communicate clearly, document pragmatically, and enjoy working in a team (tech & product).
You think analytically, approach ambiguous problems in a structured way, and find fast, clean solutions.
You are proactive, set priorities wisely, and deliver reliably.
Excellent English skills are required; German skills are a plus.
