Tasks

  • Professional correspondence: Support Managing Directors, ensuring seamless communication with customers. Draft and review presentations and documents.
  • Reliable schedule management: Maintain Managing Directors‘ diaries, arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, organize required resources.
  • Effective travel management: Arrange travel, manage expenses, and provide coordinated support during business trips.
  • Operations Management: Together with the office MD, be responsible for local operations in Vienna and provide remote support to Zurich. Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, maintain operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives.

  • Experience in administration and EA duties within a service-oriented environment.
  • Open-minded team player who enjoys fast-paced environments with hands-on mentality.
  • Work independently, flexibly and reliably with high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Well organized, solution-oriented, confident with MS Office.
  • Experience in international environment, confident manner, strong service focus.
  • Fluent in business-level English and German.
