Course administration and scheduling
Support with WAFF and funding-related administration
Preparation and organization of documents and invoices
Assistance with events and marketing activities
Executive assistance to the Managing Director
Calendar management and appointment coordination
Preparation of reports, presentations and internal documents
Support in strategic and operational projects
Quality Management and continuous improvement of internal processes
Ensuring high service standards for students and corporate clients
General administrative and organizational support
profile
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Fluent German (C1+) and English (C1+)
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Structured and solution-oriented mindset
Experience in administration, office management, project coordination, executive assistance or quality management is an advantage
Spanish is a plus
