Act as a trusted gatekeeper and coordination point for personal, administrative matters
Coordination of day-to-day logistics, including deliveries and the organization of services for private and office matters
Managing travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, accommodation, and activities
Coordinating restaurant reservations and appointments
Managing reminders, and important deadlines
Handling invoices and payments while maintaining organized records
Assisting with errands and personal shopping tasks
Supporting personal and family-related organizational matters (appointments, school-related tasks, etc.)
Organizing and coordinating private or small professional events
Ensuring the smooth coordination of personal and household-related matters
profile
Previous experience as a personal assistant, concierge or administrative assistant
High level of reliability, discretion, and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Comfortable coordinating with external vendors and service providers
Tech-savvy with proficiency in common office and scheduling tools
Fluent English is required; German is considered an advantage
