Coordinate and maintain regulatory documentation, tracking lists, and data in RIM and internal systems, ensuring completeness and compliance
Support product life?cycle activities by preparing, distributing, and tracking standardized regulatory submission packages for EU and non?EU markets.
Maintain and update regulatory databases, including tracking submission status, approvals and support the regional Regulatory Affairs team with administrative and coordination tasks, ensuring smooth information flow across countries and functions
Coordinate and support regulatory sample management processes, including tracking sample requests, documentation, and alignment with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
Coordinate patient information leaflet (PIL) translation and review activities with internal stakeholders.

Educational background in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail with a structured working approach.
Interest in Regulatory Affairs, documentation, and working with digital systems and databases.
Clear and effective communication skills in an international and cross?functional environment and reliable, proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
Excellent command of English, additional language skills are an advantage
