We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Senior Graphic Designer who lives and breathes design, pushes boundaries, and brings fresh ideas that challenge the status quo.
Your tasks
- Design of CRM sales newsletters and Meta Ads, ensuring visually compelling and conversion-driven layouts
- Take full ownership of design projects from concept to execution, with minimal supervision
- Develop creative solutions that challenge the status quo and push the boundaries of traditional design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM, UA, Product, Media design) to align design with business goals and brand guidelines
- Build and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints
Your profile
- Proven expertise: Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced skills in typography, layout design, and visual communication, with extensive experience in print & digital design for B2C companies (CRM newsletters, Meta Ads, Flyers, etc.)
- 6+ years of experience: At least 6 years of professional graphic design experience
- Formal Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is required
- Self-starter: Ability to manage and deliver projects independently, with little oversight or daily guidance, while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Process optimization mindset: Ability to proactively identify, optimize, and streamline design processes and workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration across teams
- Passion for design: A genuine passion for graphic design, continuously exploring new trends, techniques, and technologies
- Mastery of tools: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign) and Figma
- Effective communicator: Strong communication skills (English is a must), capable of clearly articulating design decisions and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- You have the right to work in the EU/Austria and are based in Vienna or open to relocating
Your benefits:
A fair annual gross salary starting at 53.000. Our final offer depends on your experience and qualifications.
